You can return any* unwanted purchases to us within 28** days for a refund or replacement.

All returns must be unused and in their original condition, resalable with seals intact if applicable, this is due to the nature of the beauty products that we sell.

* Unless faulty we cannot accept returns for derma rollers due to hygiene reasons and to ensure safety of our customers and colleagues.

All returns unless faulty are returned at your cost. Please return all items with your full name, address and order number so they can be processed quickly and easily.

All returns are evaluated before being processed. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Please be aware that we do charge a restocking fee for change of mind orders to recover some of our cost-these are charged at 10% and deducted from the refund total after evaluation.

We’ll email you when we process your return. If you’ve asked for a refund we’ll credit the method of payment on the order. Please allow up to 14 days for this credit to appear on your account. If you require an exchange or replacement we will endeavour to get your order re dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your return.
